Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For first-time cooperation, we can be flexible — please contact us with your target quantity and we will see what we can do.

After discussing your requirements, we produce 1-2 samples for your approval. The sample fee is charged upfront and refunded upon bulk order placement. Sample development typically takes 7-10 days.

We support logo embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, rubber patch, woven label, and custom zipper pulls. You can also choose custom colors, materials, and packaging to match your brand.

We commonly use Polyester (1680D, 600D, 300D), Nylon, Canvas, PVC, EVA, and Neoprene. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers. We can also source specific materials per your request.

Sample development: 7-10 days. Bulk production: 30-45 days depending on order quantity and complexity. We will provide a detailed production schedule after order confirmation.

We accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C. Standard terms: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, negotiable terms are available.

Every order goes through a 4-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, final AQL 2.5 sampling inspection, and pre-shipment verification. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is welcome.

We ship via sea (FOB/CIF), air freight, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your urgency and order size. We handle all export documentation.

Yes. We stand behind our manufacturing quality. Any defect caused by our workmanship will be replaced or compensated. Specific warranty terms are outlined in our sales contract.
