4-Stage QC Process

Incoming QC
Fabric weight, color fastness, zipper pull test — all materials verified before production begins.
In-Line QC
Random sampling during sewing — dimensional accuracy, stitch quality, reinforcement points checked.
Final QC
AQL 2.5 standard — full function test, zipper slide, strap tension, pocket alignment.
Pre-Shipment QC
Packing list verification, carton strength, label accuracy, moisture check. Third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek) welcome.
